Lys of Getting (More of) What You Want: How the Secrets of Economics and Psychology Can Help You Negotiate Anything, in Business and in Life, published in 2015 by Basic Books. Maggie is the Adams Distinguished Professor of Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business where her research focuses on negotiations and effective team dynamics. PMWL members and public media professional will have the opportunity to hear from Maggie about what behaviors, tips, and tactics we can use to be effective (and those to avoid) in negotiations, including how best to ask for more compensation. She'll also answer questions regarding the art of negotiating!
